Ron Stetler – President

Ron serves as the President of ProMarketing Inc. In this capacity, Ron’s responsibilities include all purchasing endeavors, forecasting of products and services, and assisting will all strategic planning necessities. Ron has been with the PMI89 team since the beginning of the company, January 1, 1989. Ron believes that what sets PMI89 apart is its commitment to quick delivery with the moto, “no sale is complete until the customer is satisfied.” In Ron’s spare time, golf is his main hobby, also traveling with his wife to see different parts of the world is an exciting and adventurous passion that he enjoys very much.

 

Cynde Stetler – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Cynde Stetler has been a member of the PMI team since 2001. She serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and her responsibilities include overall sales, marketing initiatives and management of the office operations and staff. In this capacity, Cynde sees the PMI team as priding itself on working with customers to provide the best solutions possible with excellent customer service. Cynde is an integral part of the leadership at PMI, but when she’s away from work, she is very active. Her hobbies include a variety of outdoor activities from golfing, running and skiing, and she enjoys time traveling and spending time with her niece and nephew.

 

Sean Stetler – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sean’s role for ProMarketing Inc. includes overseeing sales and marketing responsibilities in its entirety, as well as the all-around growth of the PMI89 company. Sean has been with PMI for 18 years now, serving alongside his fellow family and team members. When asked, “What solution does PMI89 offer the customer?”, Sean believes the quality of products, superior service and great partnership that is offered shows specifically how PMI goes above and beyond for its clients. In Sean’s free time, he enjoys being with his wife and two great kids, along with golfing, watching sports, and going to the movies.

 

Caleb Boone – E-Commerce/Sourcing Manager

Caleb Boone, the E-Commerce/Sourcing Manager of PMI89 carries out all tasks dealing with sourcing products, managing PMI’s online presence with Search Engine Optimization, as well as marketing and social media outlets. Also, all website maintenance duties fall under Caleb’s role as well. Having his first year with PMI89 under his belt, Caleb looks forward to continuing to serve this company and help make it the best it can be. Caleb feels that no other place offers friendly customer service with timely and accurate fulfillment like PMI89 does. In his leisure time, Caleb enjoys traveling with his wife and family. Also, being active outside with his 5-year-old yellow Labrador named Bailey brings great joy. Being a big sports fan, watching the Minnesota Vikings or Kansas Jayhawks is a fun pass time too.

 

Bernice Bilinovic – Customer Order Specialist

As Customer Order Specialist, Bernice’s responsibilities include dealing with all PMI orders, organizing and managing inventory, tracking and following through on any PMI shipping necessities, as well as carrying out any invoicing of PMI89 products and services. Bernice has been with PMI89 for 14 years, contributing to the company as a whole, and having the opportunity to watch it grow over the years. In her spare time, Bernice really enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her three grandsons who keep her on her toes.

 

Donna Sikon – Professional Administrative Associate

Donna is PMI’s Professional Administrative Associate. In this role, her responsibilities include customer service duties, inside sales obligations, warranty issues, and managing accounts receivables. Donna has been with PMI89 for 10 years now, continuing to serve PMI’s clients very well. Donna feels the great customer service PMI offers is what sets it apart from other companies. Starting with purchase orders getting shipped out the very same day an order is placed, to taking phone calls with programming or troubleshooting issues a customer may be experience, PMI is always there to help until the job is complete. PMI also offers a great demo program where a customer can trial radios before purchasing to make sure the product gets the coverage needed and meets the set standards. In Donna’s free time, she loves spending it with her husband, two sons and daughter-in-law’s and daughter. She is a huge Cleveland sports fan as well, so she watches or attends a game any chance she gets. Donna also has a great circle of friends who she loves to get together with. Last but not least, on the low-key nights, Donna enjoys watching a good Hallmark Movie.
